When does my membership start?+
Your membership begins on the official opening date of ANDREA, not on the date you purchase it, and remains active for 12 months. Selected pre-opening member events may be offered before opening.
What coffee is included?+
Your weekday coffee benefit covers eligible standard coffee drinks from the ANDREA menu. Standard dairy and alternative milk options are included. Extra shots, syrups, whipped cream, caramel drizzle and other premium additions may carry an additional charge.
What do members get beyond discounts?+
ANDREA membership is built around access and participation: early product announcements, member events, product voting, tastings and, for higher tiers, Test Kitchen and product-testing experiences.
Can members help choose new products?+
Yes. Eligible members can vote on selected new products, flavours, seasonal concepts and location-specific ideas. Member votes help shape ANDREA but do not guarantee that a product will launch or remain on the menu.
What is the ANDREA Test Kitchen?+
The Test Kitchen is where selected members can taste and give feedback on experimental coffee, pastry and food concepts. Products may be launched, changed, offered seasonally, or never added to the permanent menu.
Do testing events happen at every location?+
Testing events may be organised at external venues or suitable ANDREA locations depending on attendance. Higher-tier members receive testing access according to their membership benefits. If demand is high, additional sessions may be added rather than artificially limiting the number of eligible members.
Can membership benefits be used at future ANDREA locations?+
Yes. Your ANDREA membership belongs to the Coffee Club, not to a single café. As new locations open, eligible membership benefits can be used across the ANDREA network, subject to the applicable benefit terms.
Are events and products the same at every location?+
Not necessarily. Each ANDREA location has its own fresh micro pastry lab and can adapt production, events and local product development based on demand, sales data, waste, customer feedback and local member voting.
What happens when the 10,000 memberships sell out?+
The initial 10,000 membership places are limited. Once they are sold, the available membership structure may close and future ANDREA memberships may be released separately at different prices and with different benefits.
