Welcome to ANDREA Coffee Club. These Terms & Conditions explain the agreement between you and FLR HOLDINGS UK LIMITED, trading as ANDREA Coffee Club, when you purchase or use an ANDREA membership.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read and understand these terms.
These terms are intended to be clear and easy to understand. Nothing in them limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
About these terms
ANDREA Coffee Club is a specialty coffee and modern artisan bakery concept preparing to launch its first physical location in London, United Kingdom.
ANDREA Coffee Club is a trading name of FLR HOLDINGS UK LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16970627, with registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
In these terms, “ANDREA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FLR HOLDINGS UK LIMITED trading as ANDREA Coffee Club. “You” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or using a membership.
Memberships
ANDREA offers a limited pre-opening release of 10,000 annual membership places across four tiers. Each tier has a fixed maximum number of places and may not be replenished once sold out.
- Founding — £79.99 · 4,000 places.
- Club — £99.99 · 3,000 places.
- Premium — £119.99 · 2,000 places.
- Elite — £139.99 · 1,000 places.
Each membership is purchased as a one-time payment for an initial 12-month membership term. It does not automatically renew. A renewal requires a new purchase by the member.
The 10,000-place release is a maximum availability for this pre-opening membership programme. ANDREA may begin opening and trading before all 10,000 places are sold.
Membership pricing and benefits are not guaranteed for future renewal periods. Any renewal price and renewal benefits will be clearly shown before the member completes a new renewal purchase.
Payment
The applicable membership price and benefits will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout.
Membership is purchased as a one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge under the initial membership purchase.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details on our own website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have authority to use the payment method provided.
Membership activation
A membership purchased before the official opening enters pre-opening status. The initial 12-month membership term begins on the official opening date of ANDREA Coffee Club.
Your purchase reserves the selected membership tier, subject to the available places in that tier. Core membership benefits do not begin before activation at opening.
Selected pre-opening member events, tastings or experiences may be offered before opening. Taking part in such an event does not start or reduce the initial 12-month membership term.
Once activated, the membership remains valid for 12 months unless it ends earlier in accordance with these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.

Benefits depend on the membership tier purchased. The following describes the current core benefits.
Founding — £79.99 · 4,000 places

- Early access to selected new product announcements, Club Drops, Product of the Month and selected seasonal products.
- Voting on selected new products.
- Access to selected member events and tastings.

Club — £99.99 · 3,000 places
- All Founding benefits.
- 10% off eligible bakery purchases.
- Member pricing on selected food.
- Free access to eligible Club Events / Club Nights.
- Priority booking for selected member events.
- Early access to seasonal launches and limited products.
- Full participation in member product voting.
- Access to selected product-tasting events.
- Seasonal member offers.
Premium — £119.99 · 2,000 places
- All Club benefits.
- 15% off eligible bakery purchases.
- 10% off selected food.
- Priority access to member events.
- One eligible Product Testing Event participation per month.
- Access to exclusive ANDREA Test Kitchen sessions.
- Early access to experimental products and limited pastry collections.
- Priority participation in selected product testing and voting.
- Occasional member-only treats.
- Free or discounted access to selected premium events.
Elite — £139.99 · 1,000 places
- All Premium benefits.
- 20% off eligible bakery purchases.
- 10% off selected food.
- Priority booking across member events.
- One eligible testing participation per month.
- Access to Elite-only testing and tasting sessions.
- Priority access to limited product drops.
- Premium seasonal member treat.
- Two Guest Passes per membership year, subject to eligible event terms.
- Priority access to selected workshops and experiences.
- Exclusive Elite member offers.
Coffee and additional charges
A membership coffee means an eligible standard coffee drink available under the applicable tier rules. Extra shots, syrups, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, premium ingredients and other additions may carry an additional charge.
Membership discounts apply to eligible purchases only. Limited editions, special events, third-party products or other specifically identified items may be excluded.
Events, testing and voting
ANDREA may organise member events, Club Nights, tastings, workshops, product testing sessions and other member experiences. Testing may be held at external venues or suitable ANDREA locations; members will not be required to enter a production laboratory.
Testing products are experimental and may never be added to the permanent menu. ANDREA may organise additional sessions where demand requires. A testing entitlement is limited to one eligible participation per member per month unless ANDREA expressly offers otherwise.
Member votes may influence products, seasonal items or location-specific offerings, but do not guarantee that a winning product will launch or remain on a menu.
Using your membership
Membership benefits are personal to the named member and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Members may receive access to a digital membership account containing a unique Member ID and a unique QR code. The QR code may be scanned at ANDREA locations to verify membership status and apply eligible benefits.
Members may be required to present their digital membership card, QR code or another approved form of membership identification when redeeming benefits or attending member experiences.
Daily coffee benefits are limited to one eligible member coffee per applicable membership day. Unused daily coffee benefits do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Birthday benefits are recorded against the member account. An unused birthday entitlement is not automatically forfeited at the end of the relevant year; eligible unused birthday entitlements may accumulate for future redemption, subject to any reasonable redemption window or operational rules communicated by ANDREA.
Discounts and promotions cannot normally be combined with other offers unless ANDREA states otherwise. Guest access and event tickets are subject to the specific rules communicated for the relevant event or experience.
ANDREA may refuse a redemption or event admission where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, attempted resale or use contrary to these terms.
Future ANDREA locations
ANDREA may open additional locations in the future. Your membership belongs to the Coffee Club rather than to one specific café location.
Each ANDREA location may operate a fresh, modular micro pastry lab and may adapt its menu, production, events and testing programme based on local demand, sales data, waste, customer feedback and member voting.
Members may be invited to participate in location-specific votes, tastings and events, including votes relating to products developed for a particular ANDREA location.
Subject to operational availability and any clearly communicated location-specific restrictions, membership benefits are intended to be usable across the ANDREA Coffee Club network as new locations open.
Changes to the service
As a new business, certain operational details may change before opening, including the opening date, menu, trading hours, location, product availability and other operational matters.
We will not use this flexibility to remove or materially reduce the core membership benefits that you purchased.
We may make reasonable changes to individual products, seasonal menus, promotions, events, testing sessions and other operational details where necessary, provided that doing so does not unlawfully remove or materially reduce agreed core membership benefits.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
Expiry, cancellation and renewal
The initial membership term expires automatically 12 months after the official opening date. It does not automatically renew and no further recurring payment will be taken under the initial purchase.
Members may choose to renew through their ANDREA member account by making a new purchase. Renewal pricing and benefits will be shown before the renewal purchase is completed.
You may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing a membership online. Details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or terminate a membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, payment fraud, deliberate misuse, unauthorised resale, unauthorised sharing, abusive conduct or another serious breach of these terms. Where we do so, we will act fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory right you may have to a refund, remedy or compensation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
