Welcome to ANDREA Coffee Club. These Terms & Conditions explain the agreement between you and the business operating ANDREA Coffee Club when you purchase a Founding Membership.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read and understand these terms.
These terms are intended to be clear and easy to understand. Nothing in them limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
About these terms
ANDREA Coffee Club is a specialty coffee and bakery concept preparing to launch its first physical location in London, United Kingdom.
These terms apply to Founding Memberships purchased through the ANDREA website or another authorised ANDREA sales channel.
In these terms, “ANDREA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating ANDREA Coffee Club. “You” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or using a membership.
Founding Membership
Founding Membership is a limited pre-opening membership offering for the first 10,000 Founding Memberships made available by ANDREA.
There are five Founding price tiers. The tier available at the time of purchase depends on the number of Founding Memberships already sold.
- Founding 1,000 — £59 per 12-month membership period.
- Founding 2,000 — £69 per 12-month membership period.
- Founding 4,000 — £79 per 12-month membership period.
- Founding 7,000 — £89 per 12-month membership period.
- Founding Black — £129 per 12-month membership period.
The tier names identify the membership milestones at which the applicable Founding price becomes available. Once a tier has sold out, that tier and its founding price may no longer be available for new purchases.
Founding Membership is a one-time payment. It is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Your membership is for 12 months from its activation date and does not automatically renew at the end of that period.
Payment
The applicable membership price and the benefits associated with that tier will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payments will be processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details on our own website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have authority to use the payment method provided.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable taxes or other mandatory charges will be disclosed before payment.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase and the applicable Founding Membership tier.
Membership activation
Your 12-month Founding Membership period begins on the official opening date of ANDREA Coffee Club.
If you purchase a membership before the café opens, the purchase secures your Founding Membership and its applicable founding benefits, subject to these terms.
The membership remains inactive until the official opening date.
Once activated, the membership remains valid for 12 months unless it ends earlier in accordance with these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, or applicable law.
If the planned opening date materially changes before activation, we will communicate the change and any rights or options available to members in accordance with applicable law.
Membership benefits
Your membership benefits depend on the Founding tier purchased. The benefits applicable to each tier are as follows.
Founding 1,000 — £59
- One eligible coffee every weekday, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 11:00.
- Standard dairy and alternative milk options included.
- Birthday treat.
- 10% off eligible coffee purchases on Saturdays and Sundays.
- 5% off eligible bakery and food purchases.
- Digital membership card.
Founding 2,000 — £69
- One eligible coffee every weekday, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 11:00.
- Standard dairy and alternative milk options included.
- Birthday treat.
- 10% off eligible coffee purchases on Saturdays and Sundays.
- 10% off eligible bakery purchases.
- 10% off eligible food purchases.
- Digital membership card.
Founding 4,000 — £79
- One eligible coffee every weekday, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 11:00.
- Standard dairy and alternative milk options included.
- Birthday treat.
- 10% off eligible coffee purchases on Saturdays and Sundays.
- 15% off eligible bakery purchases.
- 15% off eligible food purchases.
- 10% off eligible other drinks.
- Early access to selected seasonal products.
Founding 7,000 — £89
- One eligible coffee every weekday, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 11:00.
- Standard dairy and alternative milk options included.
- Birthday treat.
- 10% off eligible coffee purchases on Saturdays and Sundays.
- 15% off eligible bakery and food purchases.
- 10% off eligible other drinks.
- Priority access to selected seasonal products.
- Access to selected members-only promotions and events.
Founding Black — £129
- One eligible coffee every day, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 11:00.
- Standard dairy and alternative milk options included.
- One complimentary eligible guest coffee every day during the same redemption period.
- The guest must be present with the Founding Black member when the guest coffee is redeemed.
- Birthday treat.
- 20% off eligible bakery purchases.
- 20% off eligible food purchases.
- 10% off eligible other drinks.
- Priority access to selected seasonal launches.
- Access to selected members-only promotions and events.
- Exclusive Founding Black offers.
- Digital Black membership card.
Coffee and additional charges
A membership coffee means an eligible standard coffee drink available under the applicable membership rules. Standard dairy and alternative milk options are included.
Extra shots, syrups, whipped cream, premium toppings, premium ingredients, product upgrades and other additions may carry an additional charge. Any such charge will be made clear before the additional item is provided.
Membership discounts apply to eligible purchases only. Certain limited editions, special events, third-party products or other specifically identified items may be excluded.
Using your membership
Membership benefits are personal to the named member and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Founding Black is the specific exception for the complimentary guest coffee benefit. A Founding Black member may redeem one eligible guest coffee per day, subject to the guest rules in these terms.
The Founding Black guest must be present with the member when the guest coffee is redeemed. The guest coffee is a single eligible coffee and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
Members may be required to present their digital membership card or another approved form of membership identification when redeeming benefits.
The applicable daily coffee benefit is limited to one eligible member coffee per membership day. For Founding Black, the complimentary guest coffee is limited to one eligible guest coffee per membership day.
Unused daily coffee benefits do not roll over and cannot be accumulated or exchanged for cash or other products.
Membership discounts and promotions cannot normally be combined with other offers unless ANDREA states otherwise.
ANDREA may refuse a redemption where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, attempted resale or use contrary to these terms.
Future ANDREA locations
ANDREA may open additional locations in the future.
Your ANDREA membership belongs to the Coffee Club rather than to one specific café location. Subject to operational availability and any clearly communicated location-specific restrictions, Founding Membership is intended to be usable across the ANDREA Coffee Club network.
Opening additional locations does not automatically create a new membership contract for an existing member.
We will communicate any material changes to membership access clearly and in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to the service
As a new business, certain operational details may change before opening, including the opening date, menu, trading hours, location, product availability and other operational matters.
We will not use this flexibility to remove or materially reduce the core membership benefits that you purchased.
If an operational change materially affects a core membership benefit, we will communicate the change and any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
We may make reasonable changes to individual products, seasonal menus, promotions, events and other operational details where necessary, provided that doing so does not unlawfully remove or materially reduce the agreed core membership benefits.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
Termination and cancellation
You may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing a membership online. Details of how to exercise any applicable cancellation right are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We will not describe a membership as non-refundable where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel or obtain a refund.
We may suspend or terminate a membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, payment fraud, deliberate misuse, unauthorised resale, unauthorised sharing, abusive conduct or another serious breach of these terms.
Where we suspend or terminate a membership, we will act fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory right you may have to a refund, remedy or compensation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
