When does my membership start? +
Your membership starts on the official opening date of ANDREA, not on the date you purchase it. Your membership then remains active for 12 months.
What coffee is included? +
Your membership coffee benefit covers eligible standard coffee drinks from the ANDREA menu. Standard dairy and alternative milk options are included. Extra shots, syrups and other premium additions may carry an additional charge.
When can I redeem my free coffee? +
For standard Founding tiers, one eligible coffee per member per weekday is available Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 11:00. Founding Black members receive one eligible coffee every day, including weekends, during the same hours.
What happens at weekends? +
Standard Founding tiers receive 10% off eligible coffee purchases every Saturday and Sunday. Founding Black members receive their complimentary daily coffee benefit instead.
What is included with Founding Black? +
Founding Black includes one eligible coffee every day, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 11:00, plus one complimentary guest coffee every day during the same hours. The guest must be present with the member.
Can I use my membership at future ANDREA locations? +
Yes. Your ANDREA membership belongs to the Coffee Club, not to a single café. As new locations open, members will be able to use their membership across the ANDREA network.
Do I have to pay monthly? +
No. Founding Membership is a one-time annual payment. There are no monthly payments.
What happens when the Founding 10,000 sell out? +
Founding Memberships will no longer be available. Future ANDREA memberships may be released separately at a different price and with different benefits.
